Accounts, subscriptions and deleting your data.
You can delete your account two ways. Signed in: open your account at occultique.net/user, go to your Profile, and choose Delete account. Without signing in: go to occultique.net/account/delete and enter your account email. Either way, we email you a confirmation link and your account is only scheduled for deletion once you click it (the link expires in 24 hours). Prefer email? Write to support@occultique.net from your account's address and we'll handle it.
It's permanent. We schedule your account for deletion and then permanently erase it after a 30-day cooling-off period (you can still cancel within that window by emailing us). You lose all your readings and saved data, your subscription benefits and any remaining paid time, and your Soundbath premium access. Financial/transaction records are retained where the law requires, with personal details anonymised.
Yes — all your readings and saved data are permanently removed when your account is deleted.
Soundbath premium is unlocked by your Occultique subscription, so deleting your Occultique account ends your Soundbath premium access. If you subscribed to Soundbath through the Apple App Store, also cancel that subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device (App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple and can't be cancelled by us). To delete your account and data, follow the Occultique steps above.
Yes — as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Email support@occultique.net and we'll cancel it.
You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account → Subscriptions without deleting your account. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.
Readings you buy (one-off readings and your natal birth-chart reading) are kept for up to 25 years. Readings included with a subscription plan follow that plan's retention — Starter 3 months, Plus 12 months, Premium/Ultimate while subscribed plus 2 years after — so they may be kept for less time. Any “keep” setting in your account applies to bought readings and can't extend a plan reading beyond its plan's retention. Full detail (which may change over time) is in our Terms & Conditions. Yes. We work with a small number of trusted partners who share our vision, and we'd love your help spreading the word.
